Cranberry Almond Chocolate Bark recipe

Ingredients:

12 ounces white chocolate
½ cup toasted, chopped almonds
½ cup dried cranberries or cherries

Directions:

1) Place chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl; microwave 1 to 2 minutes, stopping and stirring every 30 seconds, until fully melted.

2) Add almonds and cranberries; stir well. Spread onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Allow to harden; break apart and enjoy.
