No-Bake Mocha Balls recipeIngredients:1 cup roasted almonds
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, grated
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon brewed dark coffee
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder Directions:1) Place almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
2) Transfer to a large mixing bowl; add chocolate, sugar, melted butter, and coffee. Mix well with a spoon or hands. Roll into 1-inch balls; roll each ball lightly in cocoa powder.
